Services
Dent Express Mobile provides on-site auto body repair, including:
- Dent repair
- Scratch repair
- Paint touch-ups and panel work
- Minor bodywork
Estimates and Pricing
- Estimates are based on visual inspection or information provided by the client.
- Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements are made.
Payment
- Accepted methods: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, credit card.
- Payment is due upon completion. Late or non-payment may result in additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle’s condition.
- Remove all personal items from the vehicle before service.
- Review the work upon completion and notify Dent Express Mobile immediately of any concerns.
Liability
- Dent Express Mobile is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
- Reasonable care is taken during services, but the business is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Appointment & Access
- Clients must provide safe, legal access to the vehicle.
- Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Alameda County, California.
